2. Anonymous Interactions & Privacy Control

RoadmapAI provides tools for user feedback, AI learning guidance, and Q&A messaging.

• All received anonymous messages remain entirely private by default in your inbox.
• Messages are only visible to the public if you choose to reply and publish your answer.
• We do not actively track or reveal the identity of anonymous senders unless legally required by law enforcement.

3. Zero-Tolerance Safety & Anti-Abuse

We maintain an absolute **zero-tolerance policy** for harassment, hate speech, bullying, threat of violence, or abuse of the anonymity feature.

• Creators can block any abusive sender instantly, blocking their IP and device footprint.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that facilitates or encourages illegal actions, defamation, or hate speech.
• Users may report inappropriate profiles or content directly to our operations team.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All platform assets including layout designs, modern glassmorphic styles, custom VerifiedBadges, backend architectures, software algorithms, logos, and terms are protected by intellectual property laws and belong solely to RoadmapAI.xyz. Any scraping, reverse-engineering, or replication of our features is strictly prohibited.

RoadmapAI provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the platform, the absolute accuracy of content sent by anonymous participants, or platform uptime. You agree that using our services is entirely at your own discretion.
