1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RoadmapAI ("the Platform"), creating an account, or interacting with our learning roadmaps, quizzes, or community features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access personalized progress tracking, Passkeys authentication, or Study Squads, you must register for an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and passkeys.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Automation or scripting intended to artificially inflate activity heatmaps, completion rates, or quiz scores is strictly prohibited.

3. Community & Study Squad Code of Conduct

RoadmapAI provides collaborative Study Squads for peer learning. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive behavior:

• No harassment, hate speech, spamming, or sharing harmful links in group discussions.
• Squad leaders maintain authority over membership approvals and squad guidelines.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community safety standards.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

RoadmapAI offers free core roadmaps as well as optional premium subscription tiers.

• Paid plans provide access to advanced features, AI learning assistance, and expanded study squad capabilities.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum designs, interactive components, brand assets, and platform source code belong exclusively to RoadmapAI. Unapproved scraping, bulk redistribution, or commercial resale of core roadmap materials without explicit written authorization is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and accurate educational content, RoadmapAI makes no guarantees that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
